Texplas India Pvt. Ltd. is spread over an area of 12000 sq mts approx. and is equipped with the state of art compression moulding, room temperature moulding, resin coating, filament winding, pultrusion, dough moulded components, sheet moulded components and vaccum moulding.

Texplas's state of art tool room has facilities like 3-D CMM, VMC, CNC milling, CNC high speed milling, CNC wire cut, EDM spark, EDM drill, lathes, surface grinders and various other highly capable machines for design and manufacturing and precision jigs, tools, dies and moulds with advance compaitable CAD/ CAM work stations.

Texplas has complete facilities for injection moulding of thermoplastic engineering products. The capacity ranges from 100 - 350 tonne with moulds ranging from single cavity to 124 cavities.

Texplas is the leading manufacture of composite silicon insulators and bushings.

Texplas has developed in - house testing facilities for electrical, mechanical, chemical and environmental testing of electrical insulations. These are in support with linkages to national test houses like CPRI, CIPET and Shriram Institute for Industrial Research (SIIR) etc.
